A red tomato in mid-November? Who woulda thunk it? Certainly not me, although I’ll take it. The little red beauty is on one of my fall tomatoes. There are about a half-dozen fruit on the three plants, which really haven’t done much in terms of leaves.
But I still consider this fall tomato experiment a success compared to last fall, when they never even got flowers.I do believe this little greenie is another volunteer tomato plant. The total is now up to 3. I’m currently mulling options to keep them going, including getting my greenhouse out of storage.
The pumpkin on Wanda continues to thrive. Hoping it turns orange any day. It would look festive on my front porch!
