I think my lettuce might have turned the corner. After what seems like an eternity of freezing cold temps, not to mention ice, the forecast for the next week doesn’t include any freezing temperatures.

Zero. Zip. Nada. Daytime highs in 50s, 60s and 70s, lows in the 40s. I’m so excited! The lettuce might finally get a decent, consistent chance to grow. And I’m cautiously optimistic that I can put away the tarp – or maybe use it in the garage for a DIY project.

So looking forward to some warmer weather.
